RETURN PROCESS

  • Something not quiet right? Please contact us for an exchange.
  • Return within 60 days for a full refund (see T&C’s)
  • Return within 60 to 90 days to receive store credit (see T&C’s)

  • Please send us your order number and full name to: info@themangotree.co.uk so we can process your request swiftly (please read T&C’s before sending to insure correct information is given)

EXCHANGE

We know sometime the item is not a perfect fit that is why we offer a exchange on all product(s) Just simply contact us via our contact form within 60 days return policy, If the item you require is not in stock we can offer store credit until we have the item back in stock.

REFUNDS

  • We are happy to accept returns, we offer a full refund 60 days from receipt, the item must be unused and in original packaging. 
  • The customer is responsible for the returns postage unless the fault is ours please send us an email and one our staff will swiftly respond.

RETURNING A FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

If you receive your item damaged or faulty or have a missing piece from your order we just need a bit more information to help us speed up the process.

  • Please report any incidences of damaged, faulty, incomplete or incorrect orders within 48 hours of receipt.
  • We will cover any shipping costs for the return of the item or incomplete orders due to an error on our part,
  • We check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to recharge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you. Packaging from damaged items may need to be kept or photographed as proof of damage in transit and to support customer claim.
  • If an item has been omitted in error, we will check our stocks and send any such missing item on immediately. Please check your order carefully upon receipt. If you have received the incorrect item, we will do everything possible to rectify the situation for you as quickly as we can, however regretfully, we cannot accept any goods, even those sent to you in error, if they have been worn/washed and that are not in a resell-able condition or not in their original packaging.

RETURNS

We are happy to accept returns within our 90 days policy.

  • please note all returns have to be in original packaging and unused for a full refund to be issued.
  • Items return 61 to 90 days of receipt you will be offered store credit or a exchange, given that the original item is in unused condition and in the original packaging.

Special Conditions: To protect all our customers and make sure we handle every return or exchange with fairness, we will not accept a return or exchange in or outside our standard returns policy in some situations, these include:

• Clothing that has been laundered in a manner other than the recommended instructions
• Any item that has been misused through negligence, abuse or improper care
• Items showing obvious excessive wear and tear
• Items damaged by external factors such as flooding or fire
• Personalised items, unless a manufacturing fault
• On occasion when we feel there has been an abuse of our returns policy in the past.
